How do I know my hardware revision?

It is printed on the board (REV A, REV B…). The firmware page shows which releases are compatible with each revision.

How do I check that a firmware file is not corrupted?

Every release lists its SHA256 hash. The Firmware Update guide shows how to verify it on macOS, Linux and Windows.

Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. You can also see it in My Account → Orders.
